Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
  • The item is not a final sale or made-to-measure/custom order
  • The return request has been approved prior to shipment

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at louis@kourossonline.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-measure garments or tailored items
  • Altered or personalised products
  • Undergarments and grooming products
  • Items marked as final sale or discounted beyond 40%

Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  1. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
  2. The item must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving return approval.
  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.
  4. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or in error.
  • If the return does not meet our conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will prioritise resolving the issue through a replacement, repair, or full refund.


In-Store Returns

Items purchased online may be returned in person at our ONLY official physical stores in Limassol and Larnaca.
